Food Pairing:
With so much anonymous Chardonnay out there on the market, seldom do we taste one that really catches our attention. This is a head turner. Rich and heady, while at the same time elegant, we have had an amazing run with it in recent vintages! No matter how much we import at a time, it has a keen ability to sell out. Brilliant yellow color with greenish highlights. Refined aromas of apple and guava, with layers of tropical fruit flavors on the palate. 50% malolactic fermentation gives it a balanced creaminess on the palate.
