Food Pairing:
The Combination of earth and sea, found only on the picturesque island of Sardegna, give this most unusual red wine it's brilliant and unique expression. Darker fruit mingle with a warm earthiness and the special salty notes of the sea, made exclusively from the indigenous Carignano and Bovace Sardo grapes. A smooth, almost full body finishes with long, warm earthy notes, balanced by deeper fruit flavors.
